Information you choose to submit
The form collects your question and selected category. Country or region and display name are optional. The form does not ask for an email address. Please do not include contact details, private facts, or other sensitive personal information in your question.
How submissions are used
Submissions are stored for editorial review, research planning, publication decisions, and abuse prevention. New questions are not displayed publicly before review. If a question is selected, the question, optional display name, and optional country or region may be lightly edited and published as explained in our Editorial Policy.
Technical protection
To limit spam and repeated submissions, the service may process technical request information and store privacy-preserving hashes. The question form does not store a reader's email address because none is requested.
Requests and removal
If you submitted personal information by mistake or want us to review a published attribution, send a new private message through the Japan Inbox form. Include the receipt reference shown after submission when available, but do not repeat the sensitive information in your message.
